Following the consultation, we promptly provide you with a list of required information, which we require within a week.
3. Content Creation
Once we receive all necessary information, our team, comprising copywriters and designers, initiates the content creation process with allocated time slots on their calendars.
4. Internal Quality Control Approval
All content undergoes internal approval stages to guarantee accuracy and quality.
5. Client Approval
We present the content to you in a PowerPoint presentation, seeking feedback and making any necessary tweaks based on your input.
6. Scheduling
Upon receiving the approved content, we pre-schedule it to align with the content calendar.
7. Boosting/Ads
Our social media manager takes charge of audience building, ad creation/boosting, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
8. Community Management
We actively engage with inbox messages and comments twice a day.
9. Behind-the-Scenes Content
Pre-scheduled behind-the-scenes content, as well as spontaneous content can be shared with our team via the dedicated whatsapp group. We refine and gain approval via WhatsApp again before posting.
10. Reporting and Analytics
Just before our next consultation, we conduct a thorough analysis and reporting on performance. We prepare feedback, graphs, and data to present in our next consultation.
